About Us

The Empire Cycling Team is an elite team consisting of nationally ranked category 1 and 2 riders. Based in New York City, we are a sub team of the Century Road Club Association.

Under the direction of Michael Sherry, former assistant director sportif to both Team Lipton and Navigators Insurance Pro Cycling Team, the Empire Cycling Team competes throughout the season at select local and regional races in the northeast. Our team of handpicked athletes are dedicated to the competitive challenge and work together to ensure the team’s ultimate success.

Major funding and support are provided by our title sponsor, the Empire Hotel Group, owner and operator of fine hotels throughout the New York City area.
